Sleep Deprivation

Guess what! I went to bed at 5:11 am. Right now the time is about 10 AM, so I think 5 is my new bedtime. Again, I would not even be up except for the fact that I have to help with a pool party that starts in an hour. I hope I don't fall asleep in the pool because honestly I am dozing off a bit just typing (maybe my blog is just boring? naaahh). LOL you should see some of the words I am coming up with as my poor fingers refuse to type the right key. It took my five tries to type the word 'type'. typo, tping, tyues. I think if this pattern of sleeping continues, I will just start blogging about 3AM. That should make for some interesting reading.

Have you considered taking something to help you sleep? I have insomnia issues and my doctor told me to take a Benadryl before bed. It's safe and non-habit forming. I would NOT recommend taking any actual sleep ids, as they'll probably leave you feeling completely out of it when you wake up in the morning. At least that's what happened to me...
