The best Father's Day ever

It's something we hope for, pray for, and expect to happen one day. Some may wait many years to experience it, but yesterday morning Caleb got a taste and is forever inspired.

Most know that for the last several months Caleb and another man from our church have been teaching a Bible study to a men/women's group home. As of three weeks ago Caleb has been really excited every time he comes home from Bible study. He has been teaching about the plan of salvation and the essentiality of being baptized in the Name of Jesus. Several times a week he will sit back in his chair and say "I think they are starting to see it." Last week we were in Fresno on Sunday morning and Caleb just knew someone from the Bible study was going to be baptized. Well, it didn't happen that Sunday. But guess what. It did happen this Sunday! It was so neat and such a special moment. The man, whose name is Larry, is such a tender hearted man. He was up in the balcony, and at some point in alter call Caleb went up stairs and brought him down to the front. As soon I saw Caleb and Larry praying together I just began to weep with such a burden for Larry. Soon enough between Caleb and Bro. Booker praying for him, Larry received the Holy Ghost. When he was through praying, Caleb asked him if he was ready to be baptized. He said yes, and they were off to the changing room. It was the neatest thing to see him come up out of the water speaking in tongues. Caleb was beside himself with joy. God has been so good to us and this last event was just the icing on the cake.
