Wyatt will be 5 months old on the 25th. Is it too early for separation anxiety? if so, then something else is defiantly going on. He won't let me leave the room! I put him down for a nap and he will lay down and go to sleep, but as soon as I walk out he wakes up and starts to fuss, walk back in and he is fine. During the day, while he is awake I have to constantly be insight. BUT I don't think it is a matter of ME specifically being around, he just doesn't want to be left alone. This is a big jump from a couple of weeks ago when he would spend 20 mins playing by himself in his crib. Honestly, it's kinda driving me nuts lol. It's hard to get anything done when as soon as Wyatt realizes he is alone, he starts to whine. On the bright side, at least it is just a whine and not a full on temper tantrum......which he is also starting. :) arches his back, kicks his little legs, and screams with anger.
He is also becoming more mobile. I am not sure if he is scooting or twisting or what, but when I get him out of his crib in the morning, he is usually laying in a totally different position, on the opposite end of the crib. Last night he got himself stuck in a corner of the crib and was attacking his little bears. chewing, yelling and slobbering all over them. It was pretty funny, but I realized the bears have to go, can't have that happening in the middle of the night.

Have Nana tell you her story about her first born doing this. It's cute.
