No words

Love: that's what my Dad was love. He loved everything. His Wife, Kids, Family, Dogs...pets. He never just "liked" something, he loved it. His heart has always been so tender, and he could cry at the drop of a hat.
The man that passed today was nothing like the man that raise me. As my sister said, My Dad was Fire! He has always been so passionate. So caring. Anyone that walked into his world was treated like family.
The hardest part of all of this is knowing that Wyatt will never ever know his Grandpa. We had plans. My dad was supposed to take Wyatt to the store when I wasn't looking and buy him candy. He was supposed to teach Wyatt to ride a two wheel bike, pick out rocks from the grass, ride a go-cart, pull weeds for 25 cents a bag. Wyatt will never know first hand how much his grandpa loved him. He wont feel Grandpas warm hug. Wyatt was going to be Grandpas "little White boy". This was the golden child we had waited for for so long. And now that he is here, my Dad is gone.

Sarrah, I just don't know what to say. Sometimes words don't seem enough. We love you all, and have been and still will continue to pray for you. Please let me know if there is anything that we can do.

My heart is there with you and your family--I know how much it hurts. Your tribute to your Dad is beautiful and Gayla is right--- Wyatt will feel like he knows him through your stories and little tid-bits through the years. A poor substitute for the real thing, but it will help make grandpa real for him. I wish we could be there for you. All our love, Nana

What a lovely, loving tribute to your Dad. Thanks for giving me a tiny peek into your life with him. I'm so sorry that Wyatt won't know him like you've dreamed he would.

One of the great things about being in the church is the incredible church family. I know you can find some really awesome surrogate grandpas at Inland Lighthouse Church. Wyatt will not grow up lacking a Grandpa figure.

I love you Sarrah! You and your family remain in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

You're an incredible daughter & a wonderful mommy!
