You need to go down to some expensive baby store and check our their cribs and get brand names and ideas then go home and search. You will be amazed at you what can find. And, a lot of times they sell sets that include a dresser and possibly a changer. It might take a little more "work" finding what you want but if you want to save money, it would be worth it. It was under $200 (If I remember right closer to $150). I can not remember the brand right now, and the baby is sleeping in it as I write so, I will have to check later. And I know what you're talking about as far as the crib expense thing goes - they can be pricey! One other thing - I would be careful with white. I don't know what other people's experience is with white, but the crib I had for Aubrie was one that we bought used from someone that we know. It was white, and at first kind of cute. The older it got, the uglier it got, and all of the knots in the wood started to show through. Then when it was Aria's turn we tried to paint it, and it got even more ugly. Lastly, I guess I would think about how long you want it to last. If you're planning on having a soccer team, then buy the expensive, solid wood, steel welded thing. If not, then one like mine would probably last through two, maybe three little buggers. Hope that helps!Lozano Familyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08640019478821835467noreply@blogger.com
